On Wednesday, May 1, 2024, the project consulting team held a second steering committee
meeting to discuss public engagement outreach efforts in effect and coming soon, review
regional trail planning efforts, seek comment on the proposed vision statement, goals, and
project objectives, and seek committee feedback on proposed county-wide trail routes. Four trail types and a refined country-wide proposed trail route map were introduced to the Steering Committee.
During the meeting, participants were invited to provide feedback about the project's
proposed trail routes, project vision statement, goals, and objectives. The meeting was held at the Kosciusko County Justice Center from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
